This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members from the reception were there at any hours. The beds were comfy and the other guests had been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Pretty pleasant hotel and great area. I Absolutely advise Hotel Cristal Porto!

This hotel was really centrally located and the personnel at the reception were available at every hours. The beds ended up cozy and the other guests were usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but they fix it. Really nice hotel and good area. Fantastic place, every thing is within walking distance. Staff members are super friendly and useful and talk wonderful English. There are actually activities just about every night time and it´s a great way to meet people today. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a little bit squeaky but that’s really slight. Excellent quality for the price!

I have stayed for four nights with my spouse. Beds were cozy and the room was constantly clean up. The staff were extremely handy and friendly and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large as well as the closet. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. Not an extremely social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
